Role & Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing and managing content and conversations across SVF’s social media platforms.
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with the development of new campaigns and activities to increase visibility.
• Assist in supporting digital branding activities across the company’s social networks.
• Assist in maintaining monthly social media analytic reports.
• Assist in developing community management framework for responding to queries and feedback, including an escalation process for high priority items.

Preferred Qualification & Skills

• Bachelors Degree / PGDM in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Adobe Photoshop.
• Must be very organized, multitask and flexible.
• Suitable candidate would be enthusiastic, articulate, poised and professional.
