Hoichoi, the Bangla video streaming platform has launched a range of films, shows to cash-in on the on-going festive season. Bibaha Diaries, Dhanbad Blues, Baishesrabon, Paap, Byomkesh, among others are some of the shows launched by the subscription-based streaming service. Further, in an effort to promote the new shows, the video OTT platform has launched a campaign.
“Festive season is the time many Bengalis visit Kolkata and they are usually eager to know what’s in vogue right from food, fashion to entertainment. The campaign has been launched with an aim to create chatter around these shows,” Vishnu Mohta, co-founder, Hoichoi.
As part of the campaign, the video OTT platform has mixed up two different characters and have shown them together. According to Mohta, this way the campaign creates an oxymoron, “this way there is a longer impact in the minds of users,” he added…Click here to read the full story
