The 2:27-minute trailer begins showing harassment of Sarcar’s character Mithi and her husband Pritam (played by Vikram Chatterjee) at a hotel during their honeymoon by police.

Unable to prove they are married as the two have different surnames, the couple lands into a trouble bed which slowly aggravates.

While Mithi finds support in her mother-in-law, played by veteran actor Indrani Halder, Pritam’s father (played by Sujan Mukhopadhyay) gets offended by Mithi’s reluctance to change her surname post marriage.

Pritam, a liberal husband, tries to keep his family together but one scene in the trailer shows trouble in his marital relationship with Mithi as well.
