Srijit Mukherji kick-starts a school fest

Srijit Mukherji was at Pratt Memorial this morning as the chief guest to inaugurate their science fest — Viva 2018 — on behalf of team Uma. “The teachers, students and staff at Pratt Memorial loved Uma and wanted me to be present on behalf of my team to kickstart their fest. It was an overwhelming experience. They praised the film and I enjoyed answering the questions they asked about the film. It only went on to prove that they watched the film meticulously. What more can I ask for?,” said the director. He added, “I used to actively take part in my school and college fests — mainly in antakshari and debates. And I loved the enthusiasm of the students of Pratt Memorial. I wish their fest a grand success.”
