Nusraat Faria to replace Mimi in ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’

We all know Mimi Chakraborty has dropped out of Birsa Dasgupta’s ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’ recently. Mimi was supposed to share the screen opposite Ankush Hazra. But, the pretty actress had to drop out due to the recent announcement of her candidature for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Now we hear Bangladeshi actress Nusraat Faria is set to play the female lead which was supposed to play by Mimi.

The romantic comedy ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’ will go on the floors from March end. It also stars Rudranil Ghosh, Sohini Sarkar, Anirban Bhattacharya and Priyanka Sarkar in the lead.

Besides playing one of the leads, Rudranil has also penned the story, script, screenplay, and dialogue for the upcoming venture produced by SVF. The story sees two husbands always in the run to escape from their wives and another husband is desperate to get back his wife.

While Jeet Gannguli will compose the music for ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’, lyrics will be penned by Srijato. Incidentally, after Birsa’s directorial debut ‘033’ this is first time Srijato and Birsa are working together.
