The music video for the song Akai aiksho, which released recently, celebrates girl power narrated through the stories of five women. Directed by Dhrubo Banerjee, the video features Paayel Sarkar, Darshana Banik, Oindrila Sen, Anindita Bose and Tuhina Das. “This song is an ode to the free-spirited and hardworking women in our society… a song for today’s Akai aiksho women,” said Dhrubo Banerjee. The song is sung by Sona Mahapatra and Vivek Hariharan.”I worked with Dhruboda for the first time and the experience was memorable. He is a wonderful director and so easy-going. I loved the gang. The most memorable moment from the shoot for me was the dancing part in the end as I love dancing:’ said Darshana.
