‘Bibaho Obhijaan’: Birsa shares a hilarious poster of Rudranil from the sets

In ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’, Rudranil Ghosh is back to his comic avatar after winning hearts with his much serious role in Srijit Mukherji’s recently released ‘Vinci Da’. Birsa Dasgupta’s upcoming directorial sees Rudranil playing a middle-class man Rajat frustrated with his wife Maya who is either busy performing religious rituals or watching television series all the time.

Birsa has now shared a super funny picture from the sets where you can see him giving shot directions and what’s hilarious is Rudranil’s helpless condition which is clearly visible on his face. The picture itself gives a hint how frustrated Rudranil’s character is despite being the winner of several debate championships. The versatile actor has also penned the story of this film.

‘Bibaho Obhijaan’ is not just the story of Rajat and Maya, but it’s also the tale of Rajat’s close friend Anupam (played by Ankush) who falls in love and gets married to Rai (Nusraat Faria) who is always interested in protest marches and busy reading about ‘Che Guevara’. Tired of their conjugal life and the hypocrisy of their wives, the two friends ran away for a breather. The comedy of errors that takes place between all married couples forms the essence of this romcom. There is also a dacoit played by Anirban Bhattacharya who is also having a difficult time to woo his love interest played by Priyanka Sarkar.
