Aparna Sen’s Ghawre Baire Aaj to open Jagran Film Festival on July 18

The Ghawre Baire Aaj by Aparna Sen is a modern-day adaptation of the iconic novel by Rabindranath Tagore, Ghare Baire. The film stars Anirban Bhattacharya, Jisshu U Sengupta, Tuhina Das, Anjan Dutt and Rwitobroto Mukherjee in key roles

And guess what, the film which hasn’t yet hit the theatres, has been selected as the opening film of the prestigious Jagran Film Festival at Siri Fort Auditorium in Delhi on July 18. Well yes, you read it all right…
