This Noboborsho master “The Art of Revenge and The Revenge of Art” with “Vinci Da”

This Noboborsho, Srijit Mukherji is coming with his next film Vinci Da, produced by Shree Venkatesh Films. After movies like Baishe Shrabon and Chatushkone it will be his third crime thriller. The story has been written by Rudranil Ghosh along with Srijit Mukherji. It revolves around three people, a cool blooded serial killer, a cop investigating the murders and a prosthetic make-up artist. Cat and mouse chase game between a serial killer and a policeman is not a new thing for a thriller but adding the third angle of a make-up artist has definitely made this story more interesting. Besides being a crime thriller the film is also a tribute to the make-up artists of film industry as one of the central character is playing a make-up artist and prosthetic make-up playing an important part in the story.

Rudranil Ghosh will be seen playing a prosthetic make-up artist who considers his work as an art and want to be taken seriously as an artist. He is a big fan of Da Vinci and often refereed as Vinci Da. Sohini Sarkar is playing his girlfriend who has a stammering problem. She provides him strength is his struggle as an artist. Ritwick Chakrabort is playing a serial killer who is a lawyer by profession. He collaborates with the make-up artist to use his art to murder people. Anirban Bhattacharya will be seen as the street smart cop who is desperately looking for the serial killer. Besides them there is Riddhi Sen in a guest appearance who is playing the younger age of the character played by Ritwick Chakraborty. The spine chilling scene featuring Riddhi Sen in the trailer has already grabbed everyone’s attention.

Srijit Mukherji as the director and such talented actors in the lead cast has definitely made it the most expected movie of the season and hopefully that will reflect at the ticket windows as well.
