Tansener Tanpura Season 2 (2020)

Hoichoi is bringing the second season of their musical mystery drama show titled Tansener Tanpura. Season 1 of the show came in August 2020 and became one of the most-watched shows for Hoichoi. The show is directed by Soumik Chattopadhyay who will return for 2nd season as well.

The second season will be arriving on Hoichoi on 13th November 2020.

Synopsis:

In season 1 we saw Alap who is a young man and a traveler. He along with Shruti goes on an expedition to find about and discover a mysterious musical instrument named Tansen Tanpura. According to a legend, Tansen Tanpura consists of powerful magic and has a lot of people after itself. But it has belonged to a family for generations and coincidentally the family is of Shruti’s. But now the Tanpura is hidden somewhere and no one knows about it as of yet.

Season 2 will focus on Alap and Shruti’s quest for the Tansen Tanpura but they will be facing deadly obstacles in their journey to get close to the magical instrument. From the trailer, it seems that someone is after their life and in search of the Tanpura themselves.

The second season is going to be much darker than the first and it is looking interesting and has already excited the audience.
