Uma’s poster will be revealed tomorrow

The poster of Srijit Mukherji’s Uma will be released tomorrow. The film that is already travelling to many international film festivals is looking at a June release. The filmis inspired from the true story of Evan Leversage, the Canadian boy known as “The boy who moved Christmas”. In 2015, Evan’s hometown of St George staged a massive Christmas celebration two months before Christmas Eve for he was suffering from a terminal disease and would not have survived to witness the actual celebrations. Srijit’s film is about Uma, a young girl who is fighting a terminal disease, a father who is struggling to make his daughter’s dreams come true and about a director whose past haunts him. Uma stars the father daughter duo Jisshu U Sengupta and Sara Senguptaalong withAnjan Dutt, Rudranil Ghosh, Srabanti, Anirban Bhattacharya, Babul Supriyo and others.
