Bengali web series Subharambha is set to release on Hoichoi on May 7. It caters to the audience interested in the genres of music and drama. Viewers can stream it for free.

Subharambha tracks the journey of a struggling music artist who is facing hurdles at every turn. Her family thinks that she is wasting her life running behind the music career and should find a job and contribute to the household.

She is very passionate about music and does not want to stop. On her journey, her paths cross with her childhood admirer, who helps her out.

The official description of the series reads:

“What happens when Shubhomita, an independent musician meets Mainak, a dentist and her childhood admirer? Will this story be a search for love or for music?”

The series has been directed by Abhijit Chowdhury and stars Jasmine Roy, Satyam Bhattacharya, and Dibyasha Das.
