Sidhu and Pata come together to promote Uma

They were friends and compatriots who moved away from each other with time. Pata, who quit Cactus after the band objected to his participation in Bigg Boss Bangla, and floated his own music outfit, was not on talking terms with frontman Sidhu for long. But then, neither friendship is constant nor enmity. Only recently the two were seen rendering a special song for Srijit Mukherji’s Uma — Eso bondhu. Composed by Anupam Roy, the song is spoken about already. And now, the two musicians will be part of a concert on May 16 to promote the album. Apart from Srijit, Anupam, Sidhu, Pata, also present will be Rupankar, Somlata, Surangana, Ujjaini and the film’s cast, including Jisshu U Sengupta, Sara Sengupta, Srabanti and Sayantika.
