Director Rahool Mukherjee tasted success recently with his debut film Kishmish starring Dev and Rukmini Maitra in pivotal roles. And now the director is back with Dilkhush.

The mahurat of the film Dilkhush took place recently in presence of the director Rahool Mukherjee and the cast of the film.

The love story in Dilkhush is unique. It is a sublime story about eight people, where love is seen as an instinct, who uses artificial intelligence to make an unreserved declaration of eternal love to an unidentified soul mate. The story takes unexpected turns around every corner amidst the strict city societal norms.

The cast of the film consists of Madhumita Sarcar, Paran Bandopadhyay, Anusuya Mazumder, Kharaj Mukherjee, Aparajita Adhya, Ananya Sen, Soham Majumdar, Ujan Chatterjee, Anjana Basu, and others.

Speaking about the new project, the director said, “Dilkhush is nothing more than the stories about our lives that we see everywhere, every day. It is the story of eight distinct characters from various social classes who are connected by a melancholy undercurrent. In this tale, they will discover the love of their lives with the aid of artificial intelligence, which will make them extraordinary. However, as the title of the movie suggests, it will leave audiences with a sweet aftertaste, signaling that love has won”.
