    Jul 24, 2019 Publication : dhakatribune

Bangla comedy Bibaho Obhijan is all set to be released on July 26, in 53 cinema halls across the country, including Star Cineplex, and Blockbuster Cinemas in Dhaka. The film stars Nusraat Faria, Ankush, Rudranil Ghosh, Sohini Sarkar, Anirban Bhattacharya & Priyanka Sarkar, and is directed by Birsa Dasgupta.

Bibaho Obhijaan is a comedy film about two friends Anupam (Ankush), and Rajat (Rudranil), who share a very strong bond. Anupam, a shy gentleman, marries the rebellious Rai (Nusraat Faria), while Rajat, an outspoken guy, and winner of several debate championships, marries Maya (Sohini Sarkar), who was chosen by his family. They start getting the real picture of married life soon after.

Actor Nusraat Faria said: “I am really thrilled to see that my latest film Bibaho Obhijan is ready to entertain the viewers of Bangladesh. It’s a comedy film featuring different funny aspects of married life. I will be watching the film along with my fans. I can’t wait to experience the whistles, and laughter inside the theatre.”

Director Birsa Dasgupta said: “Art has no border. Greater Bengal may be divided by international borders, but we share the same culture, and language. Our taste regarding entertainment is identical. As a filmmaker, I have always been dreaming about releasing my film for all the Bengali people, no matter which country they belonged to. Finally, that moment has come, and my film, after a box office success in India, is now ready to entertain the audience in Bangladesh.”

Bibaho Obhijan is all set to release on July 26, and will be screened at Star Cineplex, Blockbuster Cinemas, Modhumita, Balaka, Shyamoli Cineplex, Monihar (Jessore), New Metro (Narayanganj), along with 46 other theatres across the country.
