‘Bibaho Obhijaan’: The hilarious trailer promises a fun-filled joyride

Birsa Dasgupta’s next ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’ is a multi-starrer comedy caper about after marriage problems. Be it arranged or love, every marriage comes with its own side effects and that’s what Birsa attempts to explore but with a comic relief. The film has already gained enough attention ahead of its June 21 release and now the hilarious trailer is here to double your excitement.

The trailer shows loads of funny moments starting with two friends Ankush and Rudranil Ghosh getting frustrated with their married life. They plan to leave behind their wives played by Nusraat Faria and Sohini Sarkar respectively. However, their destiny brings them to a dacoit played by Anirban Bhattacharya who also having a difficult time to woo his love interest played by Priyanka Sarkar. What happens next forms the crux of the film. Anirban Bhattacharya steals the show in his first ever mainstream comedy.

Although the film won’t offer anything fresh, in a comedy what matters is the screenplay, dialogues and the comic timing. It will be interesting to see whether ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’ will be able to give a joy ride for both the audience.
