Professor Shanku O El Dorado

Professor Shanku, a creation of Satyajit Ray, is one of the most iconic characters in the history of Bengali literature and for the first time this creation would be adapted on the celluloid with the film titled ‘Professor Shanku O El Dorado’.​

Trilokeshwar Shonku is a well-known and respected scientist and inventor who embarks on a tour of Brazil, after being invited to the Ratantan Institute in Sao Paolo to attend a science convention, With the convention over, Shanku gets embroiled into an adventure where he encounters native tribesmen, anaconda and ventures on the quest for the mythical city of El Dorado.​
