She became a household name in Bengal after playing the lead in popular TV serials and now Madhumita Sorcar is all set for her big leap. The talented actor is now set for her film debut opposite Arjun Chakrabarty in Pratim D Gupta’s ‘Love Aaj Kal Porshu’ which releases this Valentine’s Day. Her on-screen chemistry with Arjun, as we have seen in the songs and trailer, has already made the cine buffs talking about the film.

Without divulging much about the storyline Madhumita tells us she plays three characters in the film. “There are three characters that I portray in the film but it is the story of one girl. Every time the boy and the girl meet each other in a different situation and under difficult circumstances. Kalki played by Paoli Dam runs the show behind it. There are other characters as well.
