Bengali streaming platform, Hoichoi has collaborated with JioFiber to give users access to all the original, diverse Bengali web series and movies available on the platform.

As per reports, the collaboration will allow users to also get access to the Hindi and Bengali content via the JioTV+ app. The latest offerings that the platform has included are Nagarkirtan, Konttho, Vinci Da, Shah Jahan Regency and Kedara among others. The platform also provides cult classics of Bengali cinema such as films by Satyajit Ray,Ritwik Ghatak and Uttam Kumar among others.

Hoichoi co-founder, Vishnu Mohta said, “JioFiber users can now access the hoichoi platform and also some hoichoi content from JioTV+ app from their Jio set-top box. Combining efforts with another distribution platform will build a wider audience base and a powerful partnership as our content options are unlimited, when it comes to entertaining audiences globally. The JioFiber set top box provides users with world-class entertainment right from the comforts of their home and this partnership with Hoichoi will enhance its user experience. The platform is all set to premiere several noted Bengali films that will have a direct-to-digital release and give access to JioFiber users to its exclusive content.

Hoichoi is available with English subtitles and also comprises dubbed versions of Bengali content for a wider viewing and spread the platform’s reach to a national level.
