Dhrubo Banerjee’s second directorial ‘Durgeshgorer Guptodhon’ in the treasure hunt series is all set to enthrall the audience in May after winning hearts with the first film ‘Guptodhoner Sondhane’. We already know the second installment in the treasure hunt series has the same star cast of Abir Chatterjee, Arjun Chakraborty and Ishaa Saha playing Sona da, Abir and Jhinuk respectively. For the rest of the cast, Kharaj Mukherjee plays an interesting character in the film. We caught up with the seasoned actor recently and he was visibly excited while speaking about the film.

“It’s story of a treasure hunt. We all are searching for the culprit who’s responsible for the shocking incidents related to the treasure. There’s a great Puja ambience at a bonedi bari. I am playing a man who is a significant part of this house despite not having any blood relation with the family. In fact, the senior most character, played by Lili Chakraborty, sees me as his elder son. My character is a jovial, down to earth man who loves to make everyone laugh,” said Kharaj while elaborating on his character in ‘Guptodhoner Sondhane’.

Produced by SVF, shooting for the treasure hunt drama was recently wrapped up after its final schedule in in Shimultala and Jhargram.
