‘Bhoot Chaturdashi’, a spooky thriller will hit the theatres on Friday, May 17. It’s young filmmaker Shabbir Mallick’s directorial debut. Just like the director the lead cast also belongs to a new generation of actors. The four leads are Aryann Bhowmik, Ena Saha, Deepsheta Mitra and Soumendra Bhattacharya.

Ever since the trailer was released, the horror flick has managed garner quite a lot of attention. And now, to make you more excited about the film, here’s a brand new poster which shows the protagonists Rono, Shreya, Pritha and Debu posing for a groupfie but little they knew their road trip will turn into a disaster.

The story sees four young friends on a road trip to make a documentary as they experience some supernatural incidents. The trailer showed us all the necessary elements to scare. Some spooky shots, well created visual effects, eerie background score, all add to the intrigue factor. Another interesting point is the story revolves around a folklore related to Bengal and the concept hasn’t been copied from any western horror flick.
